173 killed, 1,330 injured in Friday clashes across Egypt: Health Ministry

Egyptian Health Ministry has announced that at least 173 people, including 95 in central Cairo, have been killed and 1,330 others wounded in clashes across the North African country on Friday.

The ministry also said the victims included 53 security forces.

Meanwhile, Egyptian Prime Minister Hazem el-Beblawi has proposed the legal dissolution of the Muslim Brotherhood.
