NewsRescue- A man, Jamal, in New York is seen in a video on Youtube, getting electrocuted and then going up in smoke on the track of the F train at 34th street. The incident was reported to have taken place at about 9pm at night on July 1st.
In the 5 minute video, the young man is seen shirt-less, and being restrained by a kind lady, who tries to keep him steady and back on the platform.
The guy, who appears tipsy and incoherent then falls over as she loses her grip on him, not to fall with him. He lands on the 3rd rail which carries the train current.
He then is seen jerking uncontrollably, as his head rests on the 3rd rail. As he convulses, smoke starts emanating from his burning body.
Through out the 5 minutes recording New York’s emergency services are not seen to arrive and commuters complain about the lack of an emergency response to the problem that spans quite enough time for there to be one.
