Nigeria’s president Muhammadu Buhari is expected to arrive Nigeria Sunday and resume work after taking a 19-day vacation.

While the presidency intentionally mislead the public, announcing that the president left for a 10-day vacation, the total number of days Buhari was scheduled to be away since leaving on Wednesday January 18th will be 19 days if he arrives this Sunday.

NewsRescue has exclusively reported that Nigeria’s president has been away due to medical concerns. The president is suffering from loss of memory and debilitating mental health on a chronic disease. The Nigerian president’s health state has been shrouded in secrecy by the presidency while politicians especially form the nation’s north and the northern elite have been running helter-skelter engaging in secret meetings to discuss how to continue propping up Buhari and what the transition of power will be like.
