The wife of the publisher of a main Nigerian newspaper, the Vanguard,- Mrs Amuka Pemu according to Pointblank news is reportedly seen in these pictures conducting a ritual murder of a little boy, supposedly to save her bedridden children. According to her statement, she conspired with her husband to perform this gruesome atrocity to save their childrens healths. Human sacrifice in Nigeria as compared to western serial murder is not done by psychopaths but done by insane individuals, more likely of higher social status, for monetary, status or other ridiculous magical gains.

Law suits

The avalanche of law suits already lined against the management and reporters of the Vanguard Newspaper is not stopping human rights activist and lawyer, Chief Giwa Amu. Chief Amu has written the Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Mike Okiro insisting that Mrs.Oyindamola Amuka-Pemu did commit murder and must be prosecuted.

This is coming as fresh pictures have now surfaced showing the allegedly murdered boy’s severed head and headless body. The pictures are already being authenticated by forensic and photographic experts contacted by Pointblanknews.com at the John Jay’s College of Criminal Justice, City University of New York, CUNY…

Several other Forensic experts have also expressed interest in assisting the Court in working on the case.

However, Chief Amu said that his recent arraignment for wrongful information to the Nigeria Police was a ploy orchestrated to scare him from providing legal representation to Mr. Steve Ugwu-Chinua who allegedly caught Mrs. Oyindamola Amuka-Pemu and her cohort in the dastardly crime of human sacrifice.

Ahead of the May 27, 2009, resumed hearing of the prosecution of his client, Mr. Ugwu-Chinua, at an Ikeja Magistrate Court, Chief Amu is asking the Inspector-General to halt the charade in which the accused was being made government witness.

In the letter dated April 30, 2009, Chief Amu said that Mrs. Amuka-Pemu did connive with her husband to sacrifice “an eleven year-old child” for rituals in order to secure healing for their bedridden child.

The matter has also been filed with the Police Complaint Commission in Abuja.

There are strong indications that at least two lawmakers may have their political careers on the line on account of their refusal to hold public hearings on the vexed issue of Police conniving with the Amuka’s to have justice miscarried.

Senator Gbenga Ogunniya of Ondo Central Senatorial District suddenly finds himself in the eye of the storm and he is now labeled as loving money than Nigerian children and the laws of the land. He is Chairman of Police affairs Committee of the senate in Nigeria.

Lagos Investigative Reporter Sues Vanguard for 40 billion Naira Demands Apology

Independent investigative Journalist, Mr. Steve Ugwu-Chinua has begun a major legal swing against the publisher of Vanguard Newspaper of Nigeria on account of being defamed and portrayed as a “Fake Journalist”. The Lagos Journalist has sued Pemu-Amuka, the paper’s editors and eight reporters for an unprecedented forty billion Naira.

Mr. Ugwu-Chinua is the courageous Nigerian reporter who allegedly witnessed the ritual killing of a yet to be identified young boy, in Ikorodu, Lagos. He waged a relentless battle to get the Nigerian Police to prosecute the alleged murderer, Mrs. Oyindamola Amuka, wife of Mr. Samuel Pemu-Amuka; the publisher of Vanguard Newspaper, the matter was swept under the rug and at most became a cover-up between the media and the Police, until published by pointblanknews.com.

The painful exposure of the alleged killing of the innocent boy became an immediate reason for Mr. Amuka to deploy the arsenals of his one-time influential newspaper, the Vanguard and its Journalists for massive campaign of calumny and character assassination against Mr. Ugwu- Chinua, his Lawyer, Chief Giwa Amu and pointblanknews.com.

In a suit filled at the Lagos High Court, Mr. Ugwu Chinua is tendering his professional qualifications which include a Diploma Certificate in Journalism and an Advanced Diploma Certificate in Journalism from Times Journalism Institute, TJI, a Letter of accreditation issued by the Federal Ministry of Police Affairs, and a Times Institute of Journalism Alumni letter.

Mr. Ugwu Chinua is praying for “perpetual restraining order” against all parties involved in the smear campaign being run by the Vanguard Newspapers.

wat the heck is this. . .This woman deserves to be treated the same way you know? shooooooooooo! wat is dis!? oh ma gosh!!!!!

    • mopsy

I suspect foul play, who was there all d way taking pictures? The person did not alert anyone until d poor boy was killed. I'm sure its someone very close to the woman, who knows it could be d same person that took her there or someone helping in the shrine or even her so called husband. Everyone that witnessed this gruesome murder should go to jail for life. Very wicked souls I'm sure she's a worker in her church, yet she killed an innocent boy to save her own children which i doubt. I'm sure she did it for money and fame. I just pray this case won't be swept under the carpet as usual in Nigeria. I know the blood of the innocent boy will fight for justice.

  • Yomanfad

This is the kind of value people in power place on Human life, I hope justice will be serve to the fullest course in the case, It another sad day for us all as Nigerian

  • ANTHONY

  • joe

nothing surprises me in nigeria, highly placed nigerians get away with a lot and me personally do no give a toss about them

  • http://www.cypwo.com Hadiza Adamu

As a child protection social worker, this is despicable! This is why the federal govt needs to work in partnership with Child Protection NGO's and other professionals that work with children to raise awareness and promote the UN Convention on the Rights of A Child and the Implentation of the Child Rights Act in Nigeria.

As a founder of a child protection NGO in Nigeria hoping to eliminate child abuse in Nigeria, we are hoping to lobby the government to have a create a centralised children and young persons dept who will deal with issues around promoting and safeguarding our children's well-being.

Joint working with the police and the judicial system is very important, this will allow for professionals working with children to proscecute offenders and safeguard children from physical abuse, Neglect, emotional abuse and sexual abuse.

If you require further information or aware of any child/ young person being abused please visit http://www.cypwo.com for futher information and support.

This woman and all persons alleged to be involved in this vicious crime should be brought to justice.

if justice is not done to this ,then will leave in a lawlessness country where anybody can do anything and go away scot free so far you are rich and influential. message to all vanguard staffs and the so called journalist who is not following the ethics of journalism to be careful be cos maybe when their chairman is in need of another human head, maybe it will be their own or their children or relatives that will be used next time.to other people out there take it easy ,the worldly things will go with the world.the only thing that is certain is death and that is for everybody.vanity upon vanity.

  • Peter Makolo

Is this real or just a nollywood movie?

    • Lola

Seriously though, i wonder how he got the pictures…and if it's real and not a nollywood movie, why he watched as they brutally murdered the poor boy.

  • Frank Ediagbonya

Please send a copy of this news to UN human rights and the President of Nigeria. They could turn a blind eye to this sort of evil it could mean nothing to them.

  • David.

This is surprising. I find it difficult to believe. I pray that God safe Nigeria and that God should continue to expose all the evil doers in Nigeria in Jesus Name.

  • abidemi shittu- bond

TOO BAD. WHAT A WASTE OF LIFE/LIVES. RATHER UNFORTUNATE BUT AM NOT SURPRISED AT HOW FAR A MAN CAN GO TO INFLICT PAINS ON ANOTHER MAN.

IT IS REALLY BARBARIC. IF THEY MUST DO RITUALS AT THIS MODERN AGE THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE RESEACHES TO FINDING ALTERNATIVE TO THE USE OF HUMAN BEINGS. THATS ADVANCEMENT WHICH THE OYINBOS HAVE AND THATS WHY THEY ARE WHERE THEY ARE TODAY.

WHY WONT AFRICA AND AFRICANS BE TREATED AND CONSIDERED AS INFERIOR SET OF RACE OF PEOPLE

  • Mastercom

That lady should be killed also no mercy, Jesus what the heck!!!

  • Dr. Fred

Looking at the gory picture above, i wonder what effort the photographer made to at least save the life of this innocent boy. In one of the picture above, it is apperent that their are accomplis to this darstard act, what has become of them and how much exposure has this revelation received to at least reveal the identity of this boy,his state of origin, families etc.

Nigeria's are interested, the world is interested.

    • Felix

Hoping this will not be another case of 'Clifford Orji'! Nigerians must rise against putting the case under the carpet. The woman and her husband should be brought forth to face the wrath of the law. Why is man being inhuman to his fellow human beings? It will be difficult for our society to develop when we still carry out human sacrifice in this 21st century. When do we begin to learn what will be beneficial to the whole society instead of selfish interests? Most times, these dastardly acts happen among the elites and those in higher cadres in the society! This woman and others in connection with this issue should not go unpunished.

  • chudi

Why are we sounding surprised? Let's ask ourselves this simple question – How did all these Nigerian politicians get to where their are today? Local Government Chairmen, Governors, Dishonourable Honourable members, commissioners, Ministers even the President kpa kpa! Even, our court judges are not exempted. so, how do we expect to get justice in this nation? Only God will protect us all.

  • KILL CORRUPT NIGERIA

This is really sad for a nation I called my own.No wonder the power hungers continue to kill for them to stay in one particular position and another.I bet you,no Nigerian serving politicians are exempted for these kind of attitude. They are all killers, rapers and swindlers. Nigeria need a new style of leadership. And I know this case will die a normal death as usual.Stupid people

  • pixie

That woman should be beheaded, i mean WTF??? Nigerian politicians are so fond of killing people all for their selfish reasons. I also agree that the person who took those pictures should also be jailed, he or she is also an accomplice. WTF??

    • richard fwy

both the photographer and the woman should both lose their heads too.

  • Tunde

Let us ask the Amuka-Pemu's how would they feel if the 11 year old they brutally murdered were to be their own child being sacrificied by another blood hungry sucker. Of course they may not feel anything since they can kill. God tells us not to kill anything we cannot create. They have sinned against God and humanity. We are waiting to see how thw Law would take its course.

  • Monday Ovwa

As a Nigerian, I can guaranty you with 100% confidence that nothing, I mean absolutely nothing will ever happen to Mr. Sam Amuka-Pemu (Sad Sam) and his wife over the murder of the helpless child offered by his wife so that their sick children may be well. This is because the location and the crime scene are in Nigeria. Mr. and Mrs. Amuka-Pemu will remain free. I mean it. I congrtulate them in advance. It must be a gold mine for those who are supposed to see that justice is served. It is a sad story for Sad Sam, the Vanguard newspapers, his family and Nigeria.

    • BA

Mr. Monday Ovwa, I can't believe you wrote something like that, in 2009 you are applauding some stupid ignorant selfish people that have just killed an innocent child just for their own selfish means, sometimes stupid and idiotic people like you gets carried away and do stupid things for money. Have you ever given it a thought this kid could be yours?

  • Julie

This act is despicable and barbaric. To find Nigerians engaging in human sacrifice in the 21st century is unbelievable.

THIS SELFISH, CRUEL AND HEARTLESS FAMILY SHOULD ALL BE KILLED AND NOT A JAIL SENTENCE.

    JUSTICE MUST BE DONE.

    Julie from UK

  • RODMAN

neck for neck, tit for tat, eye for eye, head for head, no mercy for no mercy

she deserves to die accordingly, no law court for her, no police get her outside and behead her.

  • chief ccp

THEY WANT FAST MONEY, THAT IS IT. POLICE / GOVERMENT WILL NOT DO ANYTHING, AS LONG AS IS KILLING, ONLY WHAT THEY KNOW IS TO GO TO CAFE AND LOOKING FOR YAHOO BOYS TO PICK AND ASKING THEM FOR MONEY OR YOU GO JAIL

  • ada e

why did the photographer allow the boy to b killed he could hav don sumthin as 4 d wicked woman should not b left unpunish does she not know God to take her problems to na wah

  • titi

yes,the photographer too shld not be spared, they must v gone together, and he allowed it cos he knew he woul blackmail that family, they all shld pay 4 it

  • yolanda

It s obvious the photographer was an accomplice and he actually took those photographs because he was not paid his share or his share was not paid n full or how else will u be a photographer at the ceremony of beheading a poor boy for money ritual? ahaah Africa we r mean…d hearts of man s deperately wicked…i don't have a single regard for any rich man n naija of africa, as far as he s a black man…they all have skeletons n their closets

  • eric

unfortnately this is acceptable in Nigeria, ortherwise there would be graeter public outcry and more news coverage of the case, the Nigerian public is never an active participant in national politics (which this is about) because we all know someone who has done it and don't want to snitch on that person, making such atrocities acceptable. WE MUST WAKE UP AND SHOUT AGAINST CURRUPTION…THSI COULD BE ANY ONE'S CHILD.

  • susan

If ever a continent needed LOVE it is Africa. I pray for Africa to move into the 21st century willingly and let go of their archaic and barbaric traditions. They need to learn that as individuals they alone are responsible for their actions and that one day they will have to answer to God for what they have done. God help them.

  • Gbenga. O (Finglas

Selfishness Knows no boundary. A perfect healthy poor man's son was beheaded, murdered or killed all in a bid to save a millionaire's bedriddened child. When is one life greater than the other? From when did the fruit of one woman's labour-pain become a replacement for another.

    LORD HAVE MERCY.

I am here in Euope trying to change the opinion Europeans have about Africa and Nigeria, bot seeing such barbaric behaviours from Animals who call themselvs Humans, I stand with the Europeans and say Damn you all assholes who portray us as apes as they rightly cal us .How can someone do such thing to another human beng

    • Manzo Ayuba

Manfred when did you smuggle yourself out of Africa? You ape where were you when your friends are making contact with their victims on internet kill them eat and store some in the refrigerator. Or you think everybody is a deft like you? Barbarians are everywhere not only in Africa wake up and open your eyes.

  • Manfred

WHO IS THE PHOTOGRAPHER? LETS ASK QUESTIONS OH. THE NEW TECHNOLOGY IN PHOTOGRAPHY IS SOMETHING ELSE. IF IT IS HER WHY WOULD SHE ALLOW SOMEONE TAKE A PIX OF THIS. AND THE BOY IS LOOKN CALM

  • Daniel, UK

The Nigerian leadership is in crisis, This is a sign of deep rooted Godlessness and criminality. Except there is a change of heart, every spilled blood will cry for vengeance.

No culprit will be spared, generations will pay the price.

EVERY HEART NEEDS TO REPENT AND TURN BACK TO JESUS.

No more blood is required, Jesus paid it all on the cross. Just tap into the blessing. Nigeria REPENT. The time is NOW

  • Bukele M

Honestly, I've lost faith in Nigeria. We don't have a country anymore. I won't hesitate to get out of here if I have the opportunity and never return again. What will be the future of our children here? Accursed nation!

  • Faith E

What's happening with this case? If we do not keep talking about this people like this woman will go free

  • Oroma A.

OMG. I can't believe this is happening in 21st century Nigeria. While Westerners are inventing Laptops, mobile phones, cars etc, Nigerians are still beheading people for rituals. Thie is one of the things that make other countries treat us like animals and I don't blame them. I wonder who the poor child is. RIP.

  • Ken Stewart

Fellow Nigerians, I am deeply shock to see and hear this kind of disturbing images. I really think we Nigerians should be ashamed of ourselves, because while other countries are trying to involve their thinking in technology, this is where nigerians want to end their technology dream.

Well is a shame to Nigerians, this country has never been known for good things. This is why the western world call us animals, you can Imagine a fellow human being doing this to his/her fellow human being.

Well as for me i think am save in a white man's land than my own country.

i am a graphic artist, there seems to be a resolution problem with the pictures, where can i get copies for analysis.

if true, then why take pictures and create the evidence that will be used to hang you?

while alot of these things occur and while i sincerely hope that this woman was stupid enough to take pictures so that justice will not have to wait, it really does not make sense.

if in the end a body is found produced and the boy identified then she should face the full wrath of the law and never see the outside of a prison again, or her children for that matter.

  • Concerned

These pictures are apparently fake. If these things do take place, the locations will be secure. Unless the photographer was part of the ploy, I don't think it's possible to take such clear pictures.

  • susan

Sombody life was @ stake here!d photographer taken d picture, why didn't he save the boy b4 being mudered or alert ppl around,I smell a rat, there is somthin not being said here, the woman and photopher shuld be detained!

    • admin

I don't think it would have been easy for the photographer in the midst of the many more evil folk, in the middle of the jungle somewhere to have done some heroic act, he/she would have just been killed too. The photographer did the best he/she could in these circumstances other than a self sacrificial act by duplicating the film/keeping the negatives and later, divulging this information to the media at his/her continued risk.

Alternatively it may likely be that the person who took the pictures was one of them, and we are just lucky that someone found the roll of film somewhere. Perhaps it was the film developer that noticed what it was and divulged the pictures. Or perhaps her kids found the pictures or roll of film.

  • Nigeria Action

Is it possible she had the photographer to document this and he either did not get paid in full or demanded more in a failed blackmail bid, thereby resorting to exposure of pictures

  • I.B

She too should be killed. but in a slow painful way.

maybe very brutally, infront of her vodoo shrine.

  • isongudo

This is a very horrible scene. The deed is shameful and very barbaric. You see, we are still in the age where man was in the state of nature. No laws to govern our actions. what is voodoo? How could sane people condone this act and even perpetrate it. Its awful and shameful. Indeed the culprits should also be removed from civilisation and shown her way back to the nether world just in the same manner she did to that little boy. Shame on all of you.

  • Bayo

But whether the Photographer was involved or not is a secondary issue. The main issue was that a woman was captured holding some one's head while in a ritual wrapper and the lifeless body of the same person was seen on the floor. My question is this-Does that mean that the entire police force,Juges,NGO,Human right activist,Journalist.etc in our country are corrupt or itellectually lazy to this extent?.I still have my doubt that this type of case would be swept under the carpet.LET US ALL REMEMBER THAT……………..

  • Bayo

BUT WE SHOULD ALWAYS REMENBER THAT AS IT HAS HAPPENED TO SOMEONE'S CHILD TODAY IT BE YOUR TURN TOMMOROW.Thus,we should always desist from allowing ourself to be used directly or indirectly as an instrument of cover for these devil incarnate who parade themselves as notable in our society. They will never repent untill we are all prepare to exterminate them from among human being

  • da BOSS
