Rwanda Meddling, Destabilizing Congo Region, SADC leaders say

Southern African leaders have denounced the Rwanda Government for backing rebel groups in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo, saying Rwandan “interference” in the eastern Congo has threatened the peace and stability of the region. Read story here
