I will start this article by quoting part of the Press Release of the Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC):
“Kaduna State Government yesterday (05/12/2016) declared the embattled Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) an insurgent group.
The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) rejects this new label for an otherwise pacific organization. The new declaration is nothing short of calling a dog a bad name in other to hang it. Kaduna State government is being economical with the truth, killing a fly with a sledge hammer and engaging in executive tyranny.
This is a very dangerous dimension. Coming shortly after a competent court of law ordered the release of the IMN leader, Shaykh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky from detention, this stigmatization is just another attempt by the state government to jump the gun. The declaration is short in equity, long in injustice. But we must remember Martin Luther’s warning that injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”
Nigerians will ask why did Kaduna state Governor Nasir Elrufai declared war on the peaceful Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) under the leadership of His Eminence Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky and at the same time paid murderous terrorists money who are killing defenseless and oppressed Nigerians in Southern Kaduna. Governor Elrufai declared war on IMN because IMN included his name among the war criminals of #ZariaMassacre to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in Hague. Governor Elrufai was part of the murderous gang that executed the #ZariaMassacre, murdered 1000+ Nigerians in less than 48 hours. After the Nigerian Army mass-murdered 1000+ Nigerians, Governor Elrufai dumped their dead bodies in mass graves at night and immediately destroyed all the physical evidences of the inhuman massacre.
Governor Elrufai desperately declared IMN as ‘insurgents’ in his ‘White Paper’ on ZariaMassacre to cover his war crimes during the inhuman Massacre. The same Governor Elrufai that pays murderous terrorists who massacred Nigerians in Southern Kaduna is calling IMN ‘insurgents’. It is statistically correct and on record that IMN have never killed a single Nigerian or even harm any Nigerian in its 40 years history but Elrufai called them ‘insurgents’ to encapsulate his heinous crimes of genocide against Nigerians! The same Elrufai paid murderous Wahhabi thugs to attack mourners during this years Ashura ceremonies, they killed 4 Nigerians and injured many.
All the recent actions of Elrufai have shown that he is a threat to the peace & security of Kaduna state in particular & Nigeria in general. A state Governor that buried 347 Nigerians in a single mass grave with some of them alive is unfit to rule an important state like Kaduna. IMN members live among Nigerians and IMN membership included all Nigerian tribes, declaring IMN members as ‘insurgents’ by Elrufai is the peak of evil of a mass-murderer who killed 100s of Nigerians and buried them in mass grave at night.
IMN is a peaceful organization and have continue to be peaceful despite the genocidal attacks against it by Saudi-sponsored President Buhari, Elrufai and their gang of mass-murderers. These bloodthirsty criminals are evil and agents of Satan who mass-murdered 1000+ Nigerians to serve an evil imperialist agenda that have the Saudi regime as a front. Killing 1000+ Nigerian men, women, children and the aged last December was against all human values, it was the peak of savagery and barbarism.
On a final note, I want to assure Elrufai that as a war criminal he will never escape judgement for the heinous crimes he committed and the negative verdict of history.
