According to senator Zannah Ahmed, suspected Boko Haram gunmen in army uniform and speaking English, which is unusual, with two Armored Personell Carrier, AP vehicles and two pickups, attacked four seperate towns in Borno and highways killing dozens. The army was called but dod not come, in one case the military said the town was “not in his jurisdiction.”
Seven teachers were also killed in the massacres this Friday.
According to the Punch:
He alleged that 210 people were slaughtered by marauders, who dressed in military uniforms and attacked the towns in two armored personnel cars and seven double cabin pickups.
According to him, they attacked a Teachers College in Dikwa and killed seven people, burnt down the school library and administrative block. See more.
