We do not even know how many times we have heard this same ruling form all levels of all types of courts; but surely the Nigerian judicial system is a sham.

Well, once again Judge, Abdul Kafarati of the federal high Court has ruled that embattled Saraki, the senate president charged with several cases of diverting public funds and false declaration is to face his trial, or is it, to continue it at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT.

Judge, Abdul Kafarati held that the CCT is a constitutional body and it should not be interfered with or obstructed by another court of law.

“I find that none of the claims fall within chapter four of the constitution,” Judge, Abdul Kafarati ruled.

“This court cannot interfere with the proceedings before the tribunal.

“This court cannot also interfere with the duties of the respondents which have been imposed on them by law,” the Judge declared.

Saraki had submitted a legal application to the Court claiming that the CCT had violated his fundamental human rights.
