Former minister Oby Ezekwesili and fiery activist has condemned the ways of the current and past administrations as lacking in humanity by not properly counting dead victims and maintaining a government register of all victims of brutality and terror.

Nigerian successive governments never have a list of dead or missing and typically even deny the dead.
A US open website, the Council of Foreign relations maintains a list of all terror-related deaths from media reports and this shows over 43,000 Nigerians have been killed. the Nigerian government has no such list and recently the President of Nigeria even said in France and the U.S.A. that only 15,000 Nigerians had been killed by terror.
