The Chairman, Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption, Prof. Itse Sagay (SAN); and human rights lawyer, Mr. Femi Falana, on Monday, said the country needed an urgent restructuring in order to be a true federal state.
Sagay and Falana faulted the way the country was being run, adding that Nigeria needed both political and fiscal federalism for rapid development. Read full in Punch
