NewsRescue observes that the coordination of the welcome was rather unusual. Buhari has gone on medical trips for months and never received the perfectly coordinated welcome.
In spite of the risk that he may not arrive, the people were on time and properly placed along the road in a coordinated and unprecedented fashion.
