NewsRescue- It is day 140 of the US Occupy riots, which have been staged by Americans frustrated with the big-business run system. So far over 6000 Americans have been arrested in different states all across the country. The protesters who call themselves the 99% – figure represents the majority of Americans who, combined, make less than 10% of total American income- have continued camp outs and street marches, despite the cold winter, to protest corporate control of the government, US wars, high interest student loans -with no jobs, and other grievances.

There has been an obvious media black out on the gravity of protests, and the Obama administration has been slighted for deliberately focusing on Syria, Iran and Middle East turmoil, while turning an obvious blind eye on the persistent unrest at home.
