ZARIA POGROM : Tribute to Shaheed Sayyid Bashir Adam Kawo

Sayyid Bashir Adam Kawo is also among innumerable brothers and sisters killed in cold blood during Nigerian Army senseless attack at Gyallesu, Zaria.

Shaheed Bashir was at Husainiyyah on 12th December, 2015. He was among those escaped to the house of the Sheikh Zakzaky at Gyallesu. He was shot on the leg at Gyallesu, but rescued by the team of Islamic Movement Medical Iniatives (ISMA), later on, when the Army subdued brothers and sisters, he was re-shot to death.

In Academic excellence before his unfortunate death, Shaheed Bashri Adam was an ND II student of Isma College of Health and Environmental Studies, Kaduna. He lived in Sayyidah Zahra Unit,  Kawo, Kaduna.

In Islamic struggling, he was the co-ordinator of ‘Shababil Shurafah Lil Harkatul Islamiyya’ Kaduna chapter. Member of Internet Forum and he is also among Reporters of Almizan Newspaper and website of the Islamic Movement.

He died at the age of 24, living his biological parents and other relatives.
May Allah give his his parents, relatives and members of Media Forum the fortitude to bear for this great loss and make Paradise his final abode.
