A 2013 governance poll result conducted by Daily Trust has shown that less than 10 percent of Nigerians approve the performance of the President Goodluck Jonathan led administration.
The online poll which was conducted on the Daily Trust news website had a total of 7,986 voters with only 9.9 percent approving of the performance of the government in the outgone year. A staggering 69.7 percent which translates to about 6 out of 10 Nigerians rated the administration low
Comparatively, 14.8 percent of the respondents were of the opinion that the government needs to improve on its performance while 5.3 percent were neutral in rating the President’s performance as they neither approve nor disapprove of his performance.
