For over three weeks, since the Nigerian government announced that it will soon (in 6 weeks) defeat Boko Haram, we have gotten reports and spoken to Boko Haram terrorists who have simply said, “we have returned to our country as our contract is over.”
NewsRescue has struggled to investigate what “contract” this is and who signed it and also why the contract was over at the same and very time Nigeria signed an MoU with Chad, paying Chad billions to battle Boko Haram on Nigeria’s behalf, but we are unable to unravel this.
However we have gotten several clear statements in which the terrorists clearly state that their contract is done.
President of Chad, Idriss Deby a close ally of Nigeria’s president, Goodluck Jonathan, according to Nigeria’s National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, is linked to “Abubakar Shekau.” Many have pointed to Deby as being a sponsor of the Shekau Boko Haram arm which has been decommissioned with Shekau, according to reports we have, being picked up by the Chadians and handed over to Nigeria’s government.
The war being fought according to our security experts is with other terror groups who refused to put their weapons down when the contract expired. These groups which we might recollect had the other names US declared wanted along with the Shekau handle we are more familiar with, include Jamaa’atu Ahlis-Sunnah (‘Alal-Haqq) of Sheikh Bukar, Ansorul-Muslimiina Fii Bilaadis-Sudaan (Helpers Of The Muslims In The Lands Of The Sudaan) led by Abu Usamah and Al-Ansori and Harakatul-Muhajiriina Wal-Mujahidiin (Movement Of The Emigrants And Those Who Strive), led by Khalid Al-Barnawi who has been appearing in recent propaganda videos on the group’s twitter channels.
It has been said that the Jonathan government in partner with their Chadian counterparts chartered the Shekau faction to foment chaos in the north of Nigeria which was used for the past five years as a political weapon till it backfired after the Stephen Davis exposure. This will explain why the two governments were confident of the ceasefire and why they are now sure of winning the war on a short time frame; this because the main Boko Haram faction has been deactivated and only mop ups of other disgruntled groups is needed.
Most foreign terrorists according to our reports and those who spoke to us are simply returning to Chad and Niger as their “contract” expired and not actually fighting to finish on the battle field.
Nigeria’s army has been distributing flyers on behalf of Boko Haram as we have reported which are meant to convince the populace that the terrorists have repented so the gullible populace will admit these deactivated killers back into their communities, as the Nigerian recruited terrorists have been complaining that they have no where to retire to.
Shekau in his recent video in which he pushed against the elections which do not favor the ruling party, was seen in a studio which our sources say is a stage-managed government facility.
