SaharaReporters has obtained exclusive video of police atrocities in southeast Nigeria where members of the Nigerian police task force known as the “Special Anti Robbery Squad’ engage in an egregious extra-judicial process of shooting testicles and penises of persons accused on kidnapping in Abia state.
The undated video taken by a member of SARS shows how men arrested for kidnapping are shot in their private parts and chained to police vehicles where they are left to die a slow painful death.
