Mutai Hona, the father of two of the girls abducted by Boko Haram militants from the Chibok Government High School in Borno State has died, reportedly of heart failure. His sad passing came just days after he watched a video released by Boko Haram but failed to locate his daughters in it.
James Yana, a member of the Borno State House of Assembly, confirmed the death of Mr. Mutai.

Just yesterday, the death was also reported of Mary Paul Lalai, the mother of one of the girls, also of a heart attack.
