Iraq PMUs have exposed a fake video made and circulated by ISIS media arm attempting to invoke public condemnation of the Iraqi army. The video shows a boy being crushed by a tank, however PMU and Human Right Watch analysis denounced the video as a staged act perpetrated by the terrorists.
