Nigeria’s Buhari Yet To Send Condolences On Russian Ambassador’s Assassination

World leaders including the Pope and even the Saudi Arabian government sent their condolences to the Russian government and family of the Russian Ambassador Andrey G. Karlov, assassinated in cold blood Monday in Ankara, Turkey by a suspected ISIS sympathizer.

But absent from the list is Nigeria’s president Muhammadu Buhari who is yet to send condolences on behalf of the nation.

We have previously reported on the selectivity of Nigeria’s Buhari government in sending condolences which have inspired accusations of an extremist sectarian posture of the administration.
