Renowned Advocacy campaign platform “Campaign.ng” has launched an online parallel voter tabulation tool called #Abiadecides.org, which is a unique platform to assist Abia State voters send in on-the-spot election reports.
This platform will enable voters in Abia State to send in SMS messages on what is happening at their various election centres to 08140363974; send reports of violence, ballot snatching, number of accredited votes and results. Citizens can also send pictures via email to [email protected] or via WhatsApp to 08140363974. Voters are also encouraged to add posts on Twitter with the hashtag #AbiaDecides and must include their polling unit in all messages sent.
Voters can capture live pictures of happenings at the polls to lend credibility to the process in their Polling unit and area, record live events as a means of safeguarding the electoral process and be the first to send in the recorded final results at their polling units to [email protected] . All results can be viewed online, real time from the various Polling Units & Collation centres via www.abiadecides.org
