“The Best Jihad is to Say the Truth in Front of the Oppressive Ruler1”
King Abdullah’s recent comments, calling the American Dajjal Army in Iraq an “illegitimate foreign occupation2,” may come across to many Muslims as a breath of fresh air. Could it be that after seventy-plus years of supporting American, capitalist interests the House of Saud actually wants to stand up and separate itself from the imperialist beast? The shadows on the wall seem to confirm speculation but upon analysis one sees very clearly the political intention of King Abdullah’s statements. The House of Saud is one of the most dangerous institutions presently at war against Islam. Islamic voices across the globe should call for the dismemberment of the authoritarian regime, the expulsion from positions of authority for all individuals that protect them, and the subsequent reimplementation of the actual shariah thru means of reestablishing a caliphate across Islamic lands.
The paradox created by the War in Iraq is phenomenal. The intentions of the Bush Administration to expand dominance in the Middle East were dependent on a swift victory in Iraq followed by a continued preemptive strike against Iran. The resistance of the “insurgency” in Iraq has prevented expansion into Iran and now, unintentionally, American hegemony has helped Iran by removing the Taliban in Afghanistan and Sunni-control over Iraq. Iran, with little to fear, can expand power in the region much to the disgust of Israeli-U.S.-Saudi interests. King Abdullah’s appearance as an autonomous actor is but the voice of American foreign policy with a face that people may trust. Americans hope for a region wide Sunni-Shiite civil war that will divide the region and allow them to continue dominance.
The Saudi Arabian monarchy is a primary cause of nearly every single problem in the Muslim world today. It is their commanding the pledge of allegiance from the Muslims whilst taking for intimate companions the neocolonialist West that has led to the divisions, autocracy, war and oppression against the ummah of Muhammad. This article should affect and inspire you to work for the regime’s deposition and to call for the return of the Khilafah3.
After World War I, when the British and French dominated the Middle East region from afar, Lord Curzon, then British foreign secretary, made an unusually candid statement as he declared the desire for Britain to install “an Arab façade ruled and administrated under British guidance and controlled by a native Mohammedan and as far as possible by an Arab staff.” The situation hasn’t changed since and though British dominance seceded to American power after World War II, the method of controlling Middle Eastern politics by proxy continued. Recent depictions that Saudi Arabia is separating itself from its alliance with America are but smokescreens. The actual intent is evident; the Saudi’s are the dupe and will play any role the U.S. wishes to keep control over their territory.
Imam Abu Hanifah (RA) issued a religious ruling that Dar-ul-Islam (Islamic State) would be changed to Dar-ul-Kufr (non-Islamic State) if three conditions were fulfilled.
1. When it is governed by kufr laws.
2. When there is no security for the Muslims or the Non-Muslim inhabitants
3. Neighborhood: If the State has borders with a Non-Islamic state in a way the latter cause’s danger to the Muslims and becomes the reason behind their safety4.
This paper will give adequate evidence to satisfy the claim that this country created by the Saudis is not an Islamic state. The explanations of the first two conditions are straightforward and adequately described below. As for the third, it must be kept in mind here that in this modern age, marked by globalization, there exists an easy openness to cultural influence from distances. Therefore, the term neighborhood may be understood by analyzing the institutions and ideologies one intimately embraces. That being the case, it becomes clear that this Saudi regime convincingly violates all three of these sacred mandates. King Abdullah’s apparent willingness to create peace in Palestine, sit with Ahmadenijad, mediate conflict in Lebanon, separate from his support of America, and act autonomously in political affairs is but a farce. On the contrary, Abdullah remains one of America’s primary puppets in the region. The House of Saud’s efforts are only to support a pro-western government in Beirut, protect their Zionist ally in the West, and rally against Iranian efforts to meddle in Iraq. Once again, the ummah has been taken for a fool as America protects the Saudi regime and the Saudi regime seeks to protect its tribal interests by preventing Islamic Revival and supporting the Western-capitalist paradigm. American and Saudi interests are one in the same. Without America’s support the House of Saud could not rule for a day. This paper documents the atrocities of the Saudi regime and brings forth but some of the evidence that the House of Saud has betrayed the majority of the Muslims and must be replaced with a proper Islamic State, the Khilafah upon the method described by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
RULING BY OTHER THAN WHAT ALLAH HAS REVEALED
If anyone rules by other than what Allah has revealed they are the kuffar (disbelievers) (5:44)
Constantly, those that protect the Saudi regime claim that ruling by other than what Allah has revealed is not an appropriate label and that it is kufr duna kufr or disbelief less than that which makes it permissible to speak out and struggle against the rulers. This point has been obliterated elsewhere and is but a pathetic attempt to protect the regime5. Unfortunately, we witness the constant labeling of all opposition against the present rulers as extreme or reactionary. Most even go so far as to call those that make this claim the Khawarij or “Dogs of Hellfire.” While the Khawarij in actuality justified fighting against anyone who committed a major sin, present claims deferring the verse above away from the rulers are but pathetic attempts to justify protection of the Saudi regime and the plush rewards that oftentimes follow (i.e. fame and fortune). It must be understood that it does not make a Muslim ruler a disbeliever solely because he takes out a loan or commits adultery or some major sin, but when he dismantles the shariah he is clearly and irrefutably a disbeliever and must be exposed6.
O ye who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority from amongst you; and if you have a dispute concerning any matter, refer it to Allah and His Messenger if you are in truth believers in Allah and the Last Day. (33:36)
The Saudi regime has taken for intimate companions the Western world, has referred to them in their decisions, has made interest permissible, has invited 500,000 foreign military onto its lands to help fight fellow Muslims, has aided and protected the disbelievers, set forth different laws for different segments of their society, silenced the true preachers of the religion, and has neglected many more of their obligations as rulers. The duty is not only upon the Muslims to obey the ruler but even more importantly the rulers are obliged to obey the shariah and to protect the people. Otherwise, the land can no longer be called an Islamic State.
SOVEREIGNTY FOR THE KING OR FOR ALLAH?
Article 5 of the Saudi Constitution, adopted in March 1992, clearly states that, “The system of government in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is that of a monarchy.” Yet Allah (SWT) tells us very clearly about what kings do where he says that Sheba claimed correctly to Solomon (AS) that, “Surely the kings, when they enter a town, ruin it and make the noblest of its people to be low, and THUS THEY ALWAYS DO (27:34). Many royal family members take bribes, drink alcohol, and do not need to follow the legislation set forth for everyday citizens. Therefore, they violate the protection that Islamic law grants to members of society.
ILLEGAL IMPRISONMENT
While the human rights organizations predominantly publicize abuses by the Saudi regime against women to promote their war against the shariah, one that delves into the actual human rights abuses of the Saudi regime finds that the most extreme abuse of the Saudi regime (this is predominantly the fault of the scholars that protect them) is their illegal imprisonment of the real sheiks that call to the actual tauhid and request a return to Islamic legislation. Human Rights Watch reported in its 2007 World Report that, “Saudi law does not protect many basic rights and the government places strict limits on freedom of association, assembly, and expression. Arbitrary detention, mistreatment and torture of detainees, restrictions on freedom of movement, and lack of official accountability remain serious concerns.” Amnesty International claims, “Anyone BRAVE ENOUGH to voice dissent in Saudi Arabia is likely to end up in jail for a very long time and suffer other violations of their basic human rights. The reason is simple. The government does not allow any criticisms of its policies or any independent thought or activity that might challenge the status quo7.” When Human Rights Watch was invited into the state to document Saudi progression toward “human rights” as interpreted by the West, the Saudis were taking credit for allowing international organizations into their country. However, they failed to mention that Human Rights Watch claimed, “By restricting our access to prisons and withholding general permission to observe trials however, the Saudi government gave the appearance that it still has much to hide8.” Freedom House, a nonpartisan organization has given Saudi Arabia the worst or second worst ranking for political rights and civil liberty since it 1972 when the organization began ranking countries9.
One needs to know that the number of sincere Muslims that sit in prisons solely for their love of Islam numbers in the thousands and one needs to wonder how many true scholars and sincere Muslims have been killed at the hands of this regime. Just look at the Sheikh Al Mohaisany imprisoned for making a sincere dua (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x0Ayc1eIFu8&NR). The ban on political parties and strict control of the media means that no formal opposition to the royal family is allowed – still, we deny the reality and say nothing while labeling all people that speak out against the regime on behalf of their brothers and sisters “extremists” and “deviants” thus supporting and providing consent for the mayhem.
RIBAA
O’ Ye who believe! Give up what remains of your demand for usury IF YOU ARE indeed BELIEVERS … if you do not, take notice of war from Allah and His Messenger But if ye turn back, ye shall have your capital sums: Deal not unjustly, and ye shall not be dealt with unjustly. [2: 278-279].
The Saudi banking system operates under interest (ribaa). The Saudi Financial Group or SAMBA was always the acronym for the Saudi American Bank but the name was changed to Samba Financial Group permanently in 2003 and all references to Saudi American Bank were removed. This name change was done after Citibank decided to pull out from its Saudi operation and sell its 19% stake in the Saudi joint venture to the General Organization for Social Insurance. This name change occurred solely to cover their allegiance to international banking communities and this is even more evident by the change of the Saudi British Bank name as well to SABB in 2006. Nevertheless SABB is still an HSBC partnership and they have changed their artwork and colors from Green and White to the HSBC logo. Who is HSBC? “Headquartered in London, HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world. HSBC’s international network comprises around 10,000 offices in 82 countries and territories in Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa.10” Saudi greed has totally replaced Islamic banking with the Western-capitalist method.
GAMBLING
There is no greater example of gambling in today’s world than the global economic system with its fluctuating exchange rates, international stock markets, and hedge fund driven side bets. The global monetary system is not only based in interest and a great disparity between rich and poor, it has become more like a casino. Still, this has not prevented the House of Saud from engaging in wholehearted cooperation with it, the greatest example of gambling present in the world right now. The Council of Foreign Relations reported in Sep/Oct. 2006 that,
Along the desert coast of the Red Sea, the most ambitious real estate project in the Middle East is taking shape. The $26.6 billion development includes luxury waterfront villas, golf courses, a deep-water port, a “financial island” to house offices of the world’s largest financial institutions, new schools, and the requisite jaw-dropping skyscrapers. Emaar Properties, the slick, Dubai-based developer, is pitching the project—one that is expected to attract some 2 million residents within a few years—as a socially relaxed alternative to the strict conventions that have long defined Saudi Arabia. Brochures geared to investors show women in shorts, golfing alongside men, something unheard of in the kingdom today. But then, King Abdullah Economic City was never intended to look like the rest of the country11.
“The King Abdullah Financial District will house the large community of professionals working within the financial sector and related industries, hosting the head quarters of the Capital Market Authority, the Stock Exchange, banks, financial institutions and other service providers such as accountants, auditors, lawyers, analysts, rating agencies, consultants, and IT providers.12” These events were made possible by the under-publicized entrance of Saudi Arabia as a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO), which along with the World Bank and IMF is one of the most oppressive institutions of the modern secular age. Add this to Saudi participation at the United Nations and one begins to recognize that the House of Saud is far away from representing any and all Islamic ideologies and institutions in the world today. Indeed it is another proof against them, their participating in partnerships with these secular ideologies and institutions as Allah (SWT) says plainly in the Quran:
Do they not then earnestly seek to understand the Qur’an, or are their hearts locked up by them?
Those who turn back as apostates after Guidance was clearly shown to them; – the Evil One has instigated them and busied them up with false hopes.
This, because they said to those who hate what Allah has revealed, “We will obey you in part of (this) matter”; but Allah knows their (inner) secrets.
But how (will it be) when the angels take their souls at death, and smite their faces and their backs?
This because they followed that which called forth the Wrath of Allah, and they hated Allah’s good pleasure; so He made their deeds of no effect.
(47:24-28)
NATIONALISM
Abu Dawud said that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, “He is not one of us who calls for asabiyyah (nationalism), or who fights for asabiyyah or who dies for asabiyyah.
One of the main proclamations by the Saudi’s and their employed bishops against the Muslims is that they are fighting in Iraq and Palestine, etcetera for nationalism. They condemn them for these concepts foreign to Islam and assume that they understand the intentions of their struggle despite their bringing no evidence for their nationalist intent. But while making his statements against the, “illegitimate foreign occupation” of America in Iraq did King Abdullah call for the Muslims to unite under the banner of Islam and establish an Islamic society ruled under the obligatory caliphate? No, he stated that, “The real blame should be directed at us, the leaders of the ARAB nation,” thus declaring that he represents Arab interests despite the fact that this statement is haram and that Islam recognizes no race or nation over another. Islam recognizes no concepts of ruler(s) in the first place13 and the question then remains if King Abdullah is representative of the 250 million Arab-Muslims than who is representing the other 1.2 billion Muslims across the globe?
SAUDI SALAFIS (CONTROL OF THE SCHOLARS)
Those who conceal Allah’s revelations in the Book, and purchase for them a miserable profit, – they swallow into themselves naught but Fire; Allah will not address them on the Day of Resurrection. Nor purify them: Grievous will be their penalty. (2:174)
None of this would be possible were it not for their priestly class of scholars that protect their paymasters no matter what they do. Their scholars would rather that we find fault in the everyday Muslims and command the good and forbid the evil by finding faults in each other while protecting the dominance of the regime. Take for instance this fatwa issued by Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen,
So for example, we have common evils amongst us, such as usury, gambling, and insurance (policies) that are found amongst us, then the majority of them amount to gambling. And it is strange that the people have adopted them with acceptance, and you will not find anyone show rejection against them, alongside the fact that Allah has placed them with intoxicants, and al-Ansaab (idols, statues around which animal sacrifices are made), and al-Azlaam (arrows for seeking luck or a decision). However, the people do not show rejection towards the likes of these things nowadays. Hence, you will not find anyone show rejection towards the likes of these dealings, so you get insurance on your car, or your house, you submit your wealth, and then you do not know whether you will lose most of it, or only a part of it, and this is gambling.
So I say that showing rejection to the common evils present is required and there is no harm in that. However, our words are concerning rejection against the ruler. Such as when a person stands in a mosque and says, “The state (i.e. government) is unjust”, and “the state did such and such”, and then he speaks about the rulers in this manner, openly, despite the fact that the ones about whom he is speaking are not even present in that gathering14.
This is a prime example of the state of mind the scholars that allegedly represent the religion hold. We ask a simple question, “If the rulers made it forbidden to deal in insurance, interest, mortgages than could anyone engages in it? And, “if you consider the one who engages in these occurrences as a gambler than what of the one who makes it halal for these evils to become accessible in the land? The answer is clear and this reasoning serves as our example against the scholars for dollars that protect the Saudi regime. Indeed this issue has also been addressed elsewhere and it is not for the lay Muslim to bring evidence against a scholar. The real voices of Islam have irrefutably done this time and time again. It is, however, more important that we understand the rationale and the extremes they go to in order to protect the Saudi regime for this is the same sheik so revered by the Muslims that labels a Khawarij anyone who speaks against the Monarchy of Saudia. Even the western scholars are highly critical of the Saudi alliance with their religious clergy. As F. Gregory Clause III writes, “Everyone in the religious sector, from the grand mufti through the members of the Higher Council of Ulama and the officials in the religious ministries of the teachers in the religious colleges and the prayer leaders is an employee by the State.” Whatever opposition is not bought off is repressed by Saudi security services. These religious scholars will be held accountable some day for their rulings. We pose a question to them, how long will you protect these oppressors and when will you call to what you know is the truth?
Say: If it be that your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your mates or your kindred;
the wealth you have gained; the commerce in which you fear a decline or the dwellings in which you delight – are dearer to you than Allah, or His apostle, or the striving in His cause; then wait until Allah brings about His decision: and Allah guides not the rebellious.” (9:24)
RECOGNITION OF ISRAEL
The Saud family directly collaborated in establishing the Zionist state in Israel. It was King Abdullah I that offered to accept the establishment of Israel in return for Jordanian control of the Arab population. Thereafter, Saudi Arabia has supported the right for the Zionist State of Israel to exist in the Middle East and continues to portray itself as an advocate for an Israeli move away from post-1967 borders. Not only do they know that Israel can and will never accept these conditions, but they support what is forbidden. The religious proof against Israel is overwhelming, but the political proof indeed is ample enough that we should rewrite all of Israel’s history. Israeli people are Talmudic Jews and the Talmud has nothing to do with the religion of Moses. In their religion they are a superior race and all other races are destined for destruction. Therefore it is permissible for a Talmudic Jew to do whatever he or she wants to a non-Jew. They can rape boys and girls under the age of 5. They are racists and any one of them that points their fingers at Islam as a religion of terror is a hypocrite. The founder of Zionism was funded by the Rothschild banking house as is evident by the fact that the Balflour Declaration is addressed to Lord Rothschild and no other. Any Muslim who doesn’t know the actual history of Israel is ignorant but the Saudi’s know the history and therefore have no choice but to denounce Israel’s right to exist in entirety. It is their obligation to represent this perspective no matter the consequence. Yet, they still support the recognition of the right for the Israeli state’s existence.
POVERTY – squandering the wealth of the Ummah
Don’t commit ISRAAF (spending or going beyond the limits imposed by Islam), surely He does not like those who condone ISRAAF (7:31)
The Saudi royal family is legendary for their excessive lifestyles, partying and fornications, but it is not these crimes that take them from the fold of Islam. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “Beware; every one of you is a shepherd and every one is answerable with regard to his flock. The Caliph is a shepherd over the people and shall be questioned about his subjects (as to how he conducted their affairs). A man is a guardian over the members of his family and shall be questioned about them (as to how he looked after their physical and moral well-being). A woman is a guardian over the household of her husband and his children and shall be questioned about them (as to how she managed the household and brought up the children). A slave is a guardian over the property of his master and shall be questioned about it (as to how he safeguarded his trust)15. It is their neglecting their mandate to rule on behalf of the general Muslim that is perhaps their greatest atrocity. Their conduct speaks for itself: The House of Saud is not small. There are 3,000 to 4,000 Saudi princes (some 30 to 40 new males are born every month) and they receive an annual stipend of $500,000 plus various other perks including ‘grace-and-favor’ tickets on the national airline and favorable access to appropriated land to enhance their real-estate portfolios. In the meantime the income of the average Saudi citizen fell from $14,600 in 1982 to $6,500 in 1998 and unemployment rates sit around 45.6% for men and 94.7% for women16 The Saudi state has run budget deficits for 17 straight years. It now has a public debt of 150 per cent of annual income while public debt covers 32.5% of the GDP17 and virtually every part of the Saudi budget has been cut with the exception of the royal family’s upkeep and its military intake. The Saudis are one of the West’s most lucrative customers for modern weapons-systems with a military force numbering more than 150,000. The Saudi royal family is well known for its ostentatious and profligate displays of wealth. King Fahd is said to owe billions to Saudi banks – $1.5 billion to the National Commercial Bank alone. “The dozen years since the Persian Gulf War have seen slums grow up on the outskirts of Jidda and Riyadh, the capital. Beggars hawk bottles of water at intersections. Penniless women huddle in strips of shade outside their crumbling mud-brick houses, begging for money. Many families in the capital are so poor they can’t afford electricity. Raw sewage runs through parts of Jidda18.” All this despite it possessing 25% of the world’s proven petroleum reserves, ranking as the largest exporter of petroleum, and playing a leading role in OPEC.
One, of many, examples of the Saudi fascination with wealth and their destructive investing is Saudi Prince Alwaleed Talal Abdul-Aziz Alsaud, one of the richest men in the world. He is the largest single investor in the US and in almost every segment of the economy. According to the 2001 Guinness Book of World Records, he has $20 billion invested in the US equity markets. And he donated US$10 million to the Twin Tower Fund and reiterated Saudi Arabia’s stance in “condemning all forms of terrorism”. He made his fortune through the private Kingdom Holding Company, thoroughly devoted to the interest-based economy of the West and his investments cover many of the evilest multi-national dajjalist-corporations and include Pepsi, Walt Disney, Citigroup, Boeing and Coca-cola to name a few. He is but one of many examples in the Kingdom. The question remains, why do they invest in international markets and multinational corporations while their own people starve and have no sovereignty from the international community? The answer is obvious; they love wealth and have no genuine interest in protecting the rights and dignity of Muslims.
INTIMATE COMPANIONSHIP FROM THE KUFFAR
O ye who believe! Take not into your intimacy those outside your ranks:
They will not fail to corrupt you. They only desire your ruin:
Rank hatred has already appeared from their mouths:
What their hearts conceal is far worse.
We have made plain to you the Signs, if ye have wisdom. Sura 3:118-119
Saudi intimacy with the West begins with the beginning of their coming to power. It was December of 1915 that the house of Saud agreed to one its historical atrocities the results of which are still endured by every Muslim in the world. The Saudi’s agreed to rebel against the Ottoman caliphate for 5,000lbs. of sterling per month in exchange for British recognition of Abdul-Aziz as the King of Najd. By July of 1916 the Ottoman caliphate had lost control of Mecca and subsequently Bolsheviks revealed the Sikes-Picot agreement, the Balflour Declaration was made, and the treachery and actual affect of Muslims leaning on Non-Muslims for assistance was observed as France and Britain carved up the Middle East and Lord Curzon made his blatant remarks as the Khilafah was destroyed in 1924 and Turkey adopted a Western alphabet, secular law, separation of state and religion, thus breaking up the Muslim world into nation states and leaving the house of Saud, after utilizing the followers of Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab to conquer Mecca, as the King of the Hejaz. Having used these Muslim soldiers to take his territory he later betrayed them and used British forces to kill and incarcerate the majority after they revolted having identified the apostasy of his plans.
Saudi Arabia has been oppressing Muslims on behalf of the disbelievers since it was founded. As Britain armed the initial revolts that led to the establishment of the Saud-Wahhab partnership that dominates present political propaganda in America, it was also Britain that propelled the Saudis to overthrow the Ibn Rashid government, a government that accepted loyalty to the Caliphate. After World War II, as hegemony in the region shifted to the US from Britain, the Arabian-American Oil Co. was formed- this consortium dominated by Exxon, Mobil and Socal was granted complete control over the production of Saudi oil. This arrangement was subsidized by the US Treasury to the tune of $30 million in royalty payments to King Ibn Saud, and a $25 million “loan” from the US government Export-Import Bank – which, by the way, the King used to build a railroad from the state capitol to his summer palace. Then, in 1975, the apparent nationalization of the oil industry was another fraud perpetrated to protect the Saudi regime from popular discontent with the previous privatized arrangements. However, the same Exxon-Mobil-Socal gang was recruited to run the new “state owned company.”
Since their founding, the House of Saud has utilized their intimate connection to the West to protect their dominion and in no way is it restricted to solely American interests. It was in March 2001, six months before September 11th, that the Saudi’s directed a hijacked Chechen plane to Medina where they tricked the Muslims aboard and protected the Soviet citizens by killing one of the Muslim hijackers19. They have even built a wall to prevent refugees from leaving Iraq and Muslims for going into Iraq to resist Western imperialism20. Remember that it was Saudi Arabia that permitted 500,000 American soldiers onto its land in the first war against Iraq and it was their subsequent request that the Americans maintain a military presence thereafter. So too, the Global War on Terror has received great help from the House of Saud. Despite reports that Saudi Arabia opposed the recent invasion of Iraq, Saudi Arabia had a wider role in the war than has been publicized, American officials said the Saudi royal family permitted the staging of special forces operations from inside Saudi Arabia, allowed some 250-300 mainly transport and surveillance planes to fly missions from Saudi Arabia, and provided tens of millions of dollars in discounted oil, gas, and fuel for U.S. forces21.
Saudi Arabia is actually the largest U.S. trading partner in the Middle East. In 2005 Saudi exports to the United States were estimated at $26.2 billion (up from $20.4 billion in 2004) and imports from the United States at $5.6 billion (up from $4.7 billion). Comparable figures for Israel, the second largest U.S. trading partner in the Middle East were $16.9 billion in exports and $6.5 billion in imports. In late July 2006, the Bush Administration notified Congress that it approved over $9 billion worth of potential U.S. military sales to Saudi Arabia. Despite the fact that the Saudi’s take partnership and intimate companionship with Non-Muslims, rule by their laws and heed to their institutional –isms, despite their oppression of the sincere Muslims, their torturing of the real sheiks, their dismantling of the shariah, and their subsequent apostasy, Muslims all over the globe, and especially the capitalist class, protect them and turn their head to the reality as long as they can make the hajj and enjoy their plush liberal version of religion. Meanwhile Muslims all over the globe suffer because of these tyrants.
While the constant commentary from the global supporters in the War on Terror are that what the Middle Eastern nations needs is democracy, the actuality of the situation is that what the Middle east needs is some actual human rights. While the West doesn’t deny that oppressive regimes exist in the West they never reveal that these regimes exist largely because they support, arm and protect them and mainly from Islam. Any time you have severely oppressive governments that limit the accessibility to a decent quality of life for a high proportion of their population you see revolutionary and oftentimes militant reaction. In order to protect themselves from opposition, the Saudi regime has notoriously taken America as its chief protector and friend. And contrary to America’s hypocritical and rhetorical call for democratic reform in Saudi Arabia, it has been almost five decades that US policy in the Middle East has operated on the assumption that democracy would actually jeopardize US political and economic interests in the region. In fact, what Americans express when they reference democracy in the Middle East are actually capitalist free markets and a greater share of the wealth. While they justify their wars and threats stating that their intentions are only to bring freedom and democracy to the Middle East, a fascist syllogism actually prevails: US=Modern Capitalism and Modern Capitalism=Freedom, so the US obviously =Freedom. This is absurd deductive reasoning. Modern capitalism and the Western paradigm of democracy does not and has not ever created freedom for any country, nation, or institution it has ever intervened in. This all the more evident in the present reality where millions of Westerners gather outside of their institutional gatherings to protest what has become a blatant attempt to force their system on the entire world.
This paper is a call for people of the world to dismantle the oppressive Saudi regime and for the Saudi Arabian majority to cancel out all excessive affiliation and protection of American interests in the region. At the heart of the matter lies another somewhat more complicated syllogism, If the War on Terror=A War on Islam AND American Interests = Saudi Arabian Interests and The War on Terror = American interests then Saudi Arabian Interest = A War on Islam. Surely, this deduction at least has evidence and need not force or manipulate its validity. This conclusive subsequently binds the interests of all those that denounce the practices of modern capitalism and corporate globalization, all freedom fighters everywhere, Muslims and Non-Muslim alike. We must denounce and work toward dismantling the Saudi Arabian regime (and others like it in the Middle East). It is not coincidence that America has been supporting monarchies and dictatorships in all countries where there is an abundance of oil or potential exploitable resource. It certainly is easier to control a regime that need not be re-elected. The oppression of these regimes is the cause of resentment against Islamicists and for those Islamisists that truly understand the global paradigm it is the alignment of these regimes with the dominant “dajjalist-capitalist” system that lie at the heart of their animosities. We should organize against all atrocities and establish a Khilafah so that the entire globe can be rescued from present oppressions.
The Unbelievers are protectors, one of another: Unless ye do this, (protect each other and establish the khilafah), there would be tumult and oppression on earth, and great mischief. (8:73)
And struggle against them until there is no more oppression and all the religion is for Allah (8:39)
