Propaganda? Multiple Media Claim Dead Shekau Is Alive But Provide No Such Video Evidence

Sept. 25, 2013

NewsRescue– In disregard of sensible journalism and safety for the citizenry, several media houses including DailyTrust, BBC, SaharaReporters, AllAfrica to mention a few, have published today without providing any iota of evidence–video or single still image–that the dead Boko Haram terrorist leader, Abubakar Shekau came out in a new video promising fire and brimstone and claiming responsibility for recent deadly senseless massacres in Benisheik, Borno.

None of the media houses provided even a single still image of this new video for their viewers and readers. Like a wild fire, this allegation of a new video is spreading without any verification of the video and its authenticity if such video even exists.

It can be recalled that Abubakar Shekau’s latest video in July displayed a fake looking Shekau, who looked retarded and like a puppet. Several videos purported to have been the late Osama have been disputed by experts as having been staged and fake videos.

It is no secret that local and global players including the Qatari regime and its Al Jazeera media, aim to manipulate the terror situation in Nigeria as they have been caught doing, including directly financing terror groups like al Qaeda and AQIM (LIFG).

Not a single of the media sites stated in whose possession the so-called video was.

Power Tussle Among Boko Bandits

NewsRescue analysts believe that the deadly Benisheik massacres are the results of power tussles in the Boko Haram terrorist group that has been significantly decimated by the Nigerian armed forces and civilian JTF. Various crazy members are trying to show their superiority so as to take control of what is left of Boko Haram, by cheaply demonstrating how deadly and deadlier they are with these massacres. The group is in its desperate and dying days, our analysts conclude.

NewsRescue hopes that the so-called video will eventually be revealed to the public. Till then, we say with our sensible readers, Rest in Hell, Shekau.
