Following the testimony made by the Vice Chancellor of the Ahmadu Bello University, Prof. Ibrahim Garba that Senator Dino Melaye graduated from the institution with a third class from the Department of Geography in 2000 Nigerians are a bit confused on why Melaye would claim he did his mandatory NYSC program in 1999, a year before “graduating.” See Dino’s tweet:
