Boko Haram slaughtered six farmers in Amrawa village near Maiduguri this Saturday.
Residents raised an alarm and civilian vigilantes pursued the terrorists who cam eon motorcycles. Apprehending some of them near Sojori, the vigilantes were able to kill three of the suspected terrorists while the rest fled.
Meanwhile no Nigerian security force, army or police was available to act.
