The 7th Division of the Nigerian Army serving in Borno State have issued a Press Statement that as from 7pm of 24th December 2014 to 7am of 28th December 2014, there will be no any type of vehicular movement within the domain of the 7th Div.
This restriction of movement includes bicycle, donkeys, camels but does not include walking on foot.
