BREAKING: Sen. Ndume Freed of Terrorism Charges In Spite of Texting For Boko Haram

Konduga and Ndume

The Justice Gabrie Kolawole-led Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has, Tuesday, dropped the four charges of terrorism brought against the immediate past Senate leader, Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume.

The judge ruled that Ndume’s case was that of prima facie, meaning a no case submission.

Mr. Ricky Tarfa who argued the case on behalf of senator Ndume said a no case was brought against the lawmaker.

Delivering judgement on the case, Justice Kolawole held that the prosecution failed on all fronts to link Ndume with the alleged crime of hoarding information on terrorism activities and sponsoring Boko Haram terrorists in the country.
