Since the US government created AlQaeda in Afghanistan to fight against the Soviets, it has become the modus operandi of imperialist powers to create murderous terrorist groups to destroy the progress and development of independent Muslim countries. The imperialist got readily recruitment base in Wahhabism, a deviant ideology that promote hate, intolerance and terrorism. And Oil rich Arab countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait etc sponsor these murderous Wahhabi terrorists who only kill, rape and destroy.
Nigeria and its neighboring countries got their fair share of such imperialism-sponsored murderous terrorism in the name of Islam and the insurgency called “Boko Haram” had killed more than 50,000 Africans and is still killing. The entire North Eastern Nigeria is ravaged by the insurgency and there are more than two million Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) in Nigeria alone.
People around the world will expect the fight against the murderous Boko Haram insurgency will be the priority of any Nigerian government but statistically the present Nigerian government of President Buhari had killed more Shia civilians than Boko Haram terrorists from last year December to date.
On December 12th-14th President Buhari sent the Nigerian army to Zaria to attacked and massacred close to one thousand members of the peaceful Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) under the leadership of His Eminence Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky. More than 400 Widows and close to 2000 Orphans resulted from the inhuman massacre. The king of Saudi Arabia immediately called President Buhari to celebrate this monumental savagery. To this day no single person is arrested by the Nigerian government for this massacre. Those they abducted and were slammed with trump-up charges were the victims and survivors of the inhuman massacre.
This evil imperialist agenda in Nigeria that has the Saudi regime as a front continue with the Ashura massacre where Nigerian government sponsored Savage Wahhabi thugs to attack Shia Muslims in some Nigerian cities and used security forces to protect these murderous thugs who killed Nigerians and destroyed properties.
Then came the barbaric Kano Arbaeen massacre that shocked even the US government where Nigerian security forces opened fire unprovoked on Shia mourners on Arbaeen Walk. The youngest victim of this attack was the 8 month old Zainab who was murdered by security forces. More than one hundred Nigerians were murdered by security forces to further the evil imperialist agenda that has the Saudi regime as a front.
As for the Boko Haram insurgency the Buhari government paid $21 million to them for the exchange of 21 Chibok girls and released some of their commanders as part of the ransom. Innocent and defenseless Nigerian civilians continue to be killed, abducted and displaced by the now resurgence Boko Haram insurgency. A large number of Nigerian army personnel were also killed including their champions.
On a final note, it is important that Nigerians begin to ask their government why is the government killing Nigerian civilians instead of the murderous terrorists that are killing them?
