This video is quite funny. The CNN host Don Lemon had to mention in a ridiculous way that ” Ben, you are at the border, it is morning, viewers can see the sun rise.” Rather ridiculous and unusual statements and indicative of a fake setup.
The video clearly was a green screen and things got worse when a phone rang and CNN cut the video short abruptly.
