Senate President David Alechenu Bonaventure Mark has lost the Senate Seat in Adoka, Ugboju constituency of Benue State according to unconfirmed public numbers.

Numbers were APC 48191; PDP 31731

Meanwhile General Muhammadu Buhari scored what is called a hat-trick, that’s 100% in his ward, defeating President Goodluck Jonathan of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP in his Sakin Yara “A” polling unit, Kofar Baru 3 in Daura local government of Katsina State, 499 to 0!

501 ballots were counted, 3 were voided.

It must be noted that 12-year senate president Mark did not win at first but was imposed by president Obasanjo. The legal battles with Young Alhaji, as the philanthropist Alhaji Usman Abubakar is known are well remembered.

David Mark is one of those dictator Babangida’s boys that remained to hijack Nigeria’s so-called democracy.
