The Government, therefore, reminds the group and the general public of the ban by the Police Command of any form of public procession by members of the shiah group and any other group, organization or individuals in whatever guise without prior authorization.
Government will decisively deal with any person, group, organization or individuals that henceforth violate this order in its effort to ensure maximum security of lives and property and maintenance of law and order in the state.
Members of the shiah group and the general public are therefore advised to be law-abiding and live peacefully with one another.
Kano is our State. We are proud of it. We must therefore all put hands on deck to it make it peaceful, live peacefully and make it great.
