Corruption In Anambra State, State C.I.D, Awka, To Wit: Forgery Felony, Abuse Of Legal Proceedings, Threat To Life, Perversion Of Course Of Justice, Persecution And Fraud Perpetrated By Police Officers Under The Command Of Anambra State Commissioner Of Police
I am Chukwunenye Nweke from Awka in Anambra State of Nigeria and a suspect in the criminal case with police case file no: CR: 445/2013. I am poised to address this letter to your office, because I have subsequently written close letters to AIG of Zone9 Police Headquarters, The Anambra State Commissioner of Police and the Anambra State Hon. Attorney General over the fraudulent acts perpetrated in this case by police officers under the watch of the Anambra State Police Command but I am yet to see the intervention of the state CP, AIG Zone9 and the state ministry of justice
The above is so because, the petitions I addressed so far to The AIG Zone9 Police Headquarters, The Anambra state CP and the state ministry of justice were all minuted to State C.I.D,Awka, for comments and otherwise, but the said petitions were mutinied and neglected by the State C.I.D, Awka, Police Officers.
That as the suspect in the above mentioned police case file, section 36(6b) of the constitution 2011, grants me the fundamental right to adequate time and facilities to prepare my defense, thus, on 16th July, 2013, I addressed a letter to the state CP to tender the C.P.S. Awka exhibits involved in the case of alleged attempted kidnapping/ threatening to perpetrate violence brought against me but the said letter which I addressed to the CP on the aforementioned date,was neglected and encroached by the police officers attached to State C.I.D, Awka.
Thereafter, on 12th August,2013, I sent a reminder to the state police command to issue out the C.P.S. Awka, exhibits involved in this case, but the said reminder was equally neglected by the police officers at State C.I.D. Awka. However, after series of arguments and infringements by the police in State C.I.D, Awka, the said police officers tendered the C.P.S. Awka exhibits but the C.P.S. Awka exhibits(A1 and A2) contravened and contradicted with Exhibit P2, the C.P.S. Awka Police Official Report conducted on exhibits A1 and A2.
That according to Exhibit A1 and A2 tendered by the police officers under the command of Anambra State CP as the C.P.S.Awka statement papers involved in this matter, I was fraudulently and falsely accused of running for the police arrest on 23rd February, 2013, after I allegedly masterminded kidnapping operation contrary to Exhibit P2, the C.P.S.Awka Police Official Report.
Meanwhile, on 31st October, 2014, I addressed a letter to the Anambra State Police Headquarters to investigate Exhibit A1 and A2, and issue out a report after due investigation on the alleged
C.P. S. Awka documents( Exhibit A1 and A2) which are introduced into the aforesaid casefile by the police officers under the command of Anambra State CP but the said application seeking for due investigation on the alleged documents was not granted. It was encroached by State C.I.D, Awka police officers.
More so, I also wrote a petition to the Anambra State Ministry of Justice, Awka, to wade into this case and protect my right against the ongoing abuse of justice by the aforesaid officers. Thereafter, on 2nd September, 2014. The Anambra State Hon. Attorney General addressed a notice to State C.I.D,Awka, demanding for the transmission of the above mentioned police case file to the Department of Public Prosecution ( DPP), But the State C.I.D, Awka, Police Officers neglected the said notice. In addition, I had subsequently written and visited the state ministry of Justice for justice on the criminal acts perpetrated against me by the said police officers attached to State C.I.D,Awka but justice is yet to be done, as the said officers refuted to comply with the notice from the state ministry of justice. The copy of the notice from Anambra State Ministry of Justice is hereby annexed for meticulous reasons.
Hence, I decided to write petitions to the AIG of Zone9 Police Headquarters to probe the state CP over the fraudulent and contravened documents tendered in my case by police officers under the control of his zone. That the said petitions were transferred from Zone 9 Police Headquarters to Anambra State Police Command and were minuted to the concerned police officers at State C.I.D,Awka but justice is yet to be done to my complaints as the police officers refused to comment and transfer the said comment and petitions back to Zone9. The photo stat of the petition addressed to Zone9 Police Headquarters, on 7th December,2015, is herein attached for your perusal.
Thereafter, I took my complaint to the police complaint unit. I mailed the said unit with email address:[email protected]. And on jul 12, 2016 7:37 AM, the “Police Complaint (NPF-CRU)” <[email protected]> wrote:
Your complaint is hereby acknowledged and investigation has been initiated. Your tracking number is #CRU551273 Thank you for contacting NPF-CRU.
However, after receiving the above response from the police complaint unit, I had subsequently mailed the unit, seeking for its findings on my report, but still date, the said unit ceased from responding to mails, therefore, I approached the Nigeria Force Headquarters, Abuja, with a petition bothering on the impunity in State State C.I.D, Awka to wit: Forgery, Fraud, Perversion of course of justice, threat to life and other criminal activities. Moreover, a copy of the petition addressed to IG on 29th July,2016, was also copied to the Hon. Attorney General of the Federation on 3rd August, 2016. The photo copies of the petition addressed to the Federal Ministry of Justice and the IG of Police are hereby attached.
In spite of the above letters addressed to The Minister for Justice and IG of Police, I also wish to make this report an open report.
The above is called for because of my ugly experience on the part of the contentious police officers. That prior to this month, I had subsequently visited both the state police headquarters and zone 9 headquarters for justice to wit: Breach of Justice, fraud, threat to life and other criminal offenses perpetrated by parties in the criminal case with police file no: CR: 445/2013, but Justice is yet to be done to my complaints as the police in State C.I.D, Awka constantly violated the due process of my close letters. That the said officers have no regards for my close letters, henceforth, it is in the light, Sir, that I decided to write an open letter/ report.
It is very important to state, Sir, that the Anambra State Commissioner of Police is abetting the suspects from facing the wrath of law, by refuting to comply his officers to act on the petitions I wrote against the parties in this case. Moreover, the act of forgery/ Fraud/ persecution/negligence/
Therefore, my life has seriously been threatened by the plaintiffs in this case, thus, I appeal to your office to use the power conferred on her to protect my life and enshrine my fundamental rights to smooth Justice which have been maliciously breached by the parties in this case.
That the arrest, intimidation, encroachment on my petitions, threat to my life and perversion of real course of justice by the police officers in this case, is a breach to my fundamental rights contrary to section 33(1), 34(1A,)35(6) 36(5) of the 2011 constitution of Nigeria and sec. 168(1) of Anambra State Criminal Justice Law, 2010. I am have been vested with damages valued Hundred Million Naira (#100,000,000.00) as the result of the inhuman acts melted on me.
Finally, I am not writing this story so that The Anambra State Commissioner of Police would be asked to withdraw his case of alleged kidnapping/ threatening to perpetrate violence/ malicious damage his office libeled against me, but what I am appealing for, is the investigation on the criminal conspiracy: Of forgery, fraud, persecution,breach of Justice, threat to eliminate me within or after this case and gross violation of my fundamental right as the suspect/ defendant contrary to section 36(6b) of the constitution 2011 and section 185(2) of Anambra State Criminal Justice Law, 2010, by the parties in this case, thus, I will be honoured if Justice is done to my report.
