In bid to further promote unity across the various section of the Nigerian society, particularly amongst the Youth, the National Youth Leader of the PDP, Mallam Abdullahi Maibasira, has initiated collaboration with the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), and the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), to promote unity.
This collaboration according to the PDP Youth leader is aimed at analyzing the state of the nation with special focus on the four years of the present day administration in Nigeria.
The groups have therefore resolved to hold what has been tagged a National Unity Mega Rally.
The theme of the mega rally which is slated for Wednesday, November 5, 2014, is “Advancing the Transformation Agenda; Consolidating our Democracy and Youth Inclusion in Governance.”
The venue of the Mega rally is the Eagle square Abuja, where various representatives and stakeholders of the partnering groups are expected to analyze the President Goodluck Jonathan’s Transformation Agenda.
Being the first time such magnitude of event will take place, Mallam Abdulahi Maibasira, therefore enjoin every Nigerian youth to participate in the historic event.
