Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders is said to have signed legislation restricting “adult-oriented” performances.

The measure states that the performances must not take place on public property, be open to minors, or be paid for with public funds.

According to the measure, “adult-oriented performance” refers to a performance intended “to appeal to the prurient interest” and includes full or partial nakedness, “a specific sexual activity,” or the intentional exposure of “a specific anatomical area” or “prosthetic genitalia or breasts.”

Sanders, who took office as governor in January, delivered the Republican State of the Union address earlier this month, following President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address.

“In America, the dividing line is no longer between right and left. “It’s either normal or crazy,” she declared during her speech, later adding that “the Biden administration is doubling down on crazy.”

“President Biden is unwilling to defend our border, our skies, or our people. “He is simply unfit to serve as commander in chief,” declared the governor. “While you reap the consequences of their failures,” she continued, “the Biden administration appears to be more interested in woke fantasies than the hard reality Americans face every day.”
Sanders, the daughter of former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, previously worked as White House press secretary during President Donald Trump’s presidency.

She tweeted earlier this month, “Biden adamantly refuses to secure the border, stop fentanyl.”
