A new picture shows Niger Delta terrorist leader, Mujahid Asari-Dokubo in 2004 during the days of MEND elevated terrorism, with Australian negotiator, Stephen Davis who recently was hired by the President of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and discovered on behalf of Nigerians the chief sponsors of Boko Haram terrorist group: the former army Chief, General Azubuike Ihejirika and a former State governor of Borno, Ali Modu Sheriff.
Stephen Davis has been involved and utilized by the Nigerian government for terror negotiation since the beginning of the 4th republic; first by ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo with MEND.
