In the video again, Dasuki puts the blame squarely on Goodluck Jonathan. It is believed that Jonathan was granted a safety status in the deal he signed with Buhari and John Kerry. Only Jonathan was assured of that immunity from prosecution if he hands over without stirring chaos, we believe.
Emir Sanusi Lamido Sanusi in the video commented that as much as $1 billion was looted every month under Jonathan.
