Thug and pauper protesters hired by agents of the Nigerian government for the Military CoAS Tukur Buratai were spotted getting paid for their disruptive services. The paid protests were conducted by a previously unknown group which calls itself ‘Global Peace and Rescue Initiative’ (GOPRI).
The paid protesters harassed Amnesty International’s office demanding the agency run form Nigeria for “not condemning Boko Haram terrorists as harshly as it condemned the Nigerian army.”
SERAP, CACOL, NOPRIN and several other Civil society groups in a joint statement condemned the paid protest and demanded the Buhari government bring the sponsors to book.
