‘Kogi State Polytechnic Lecturer Beaten For Criticising Governor Bello’

A senior lecturer For Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, Shaba Ibrahim was allegedly beaten mercilessly on Tuesday, January 2, 2018, by the agent of the governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello for criticising the state government.

According to Ibrahim Isiaka shared on a Facebook page, “this is what a senior lecturer (Mr. Shaba Ibrahim) in the department of public administration, Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja. get for speaking ill of the government of Kogi state. Kogi as been turned into lion zone of governance. In an unjust society silent is a sin. Is this the change Kogi people bargain for? No!
