Public commentator has insisted that apart from the millions being internally displaced by the unending Boko Haram success against the Nigerian State; the Independent Electoral Commission, INEC is also making a second set of millions of Internally Displaced Persons, IDP’s in Nigeria by denying them their right to vote – via shortages of voters cards in opposition strong holds of Nigeria.
There have been complaints of this deliberate shortage of PVC’s in port Harcourt, South Kaduna, Katsina and other opposition strong-holds.
INEC is being accused of beginning the process of rigging the 2015 elections by this mischievous treachery. Denying people the right to vote is tantamount to internally displacing them Dr Auwalu Haruna insists on twitter in an exchange with another Nigerian activist, Dr. Peregrino Brimah of ENDS.ng:
