The reaction of Shia Muslims in Nigeria to continuous persecution by the government is worth deep thought.
While majority victims across the world resort to violence, Nigeria’s Shia have promised the contrary, patience in the face of repression and oppression. A statement by the leadership of the Islamic movement promised just that, and this twitter image challenges the oppressors in an uncanny way:
