While all other parties in attendance promptly signed the several pages election result sheet at 3am Wednesday morning the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP refused to sign.
The party representative explained why he was not signing–probably because the party is intent on contesting results in several states–then shook INEC chairman Attahiru Jega’s hand and left.
