The Supreme Court sitting in Abuja on Wednesday upheld the elections of Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State and Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State.
APC’s Mr. Okon Umana had challenged the elections in Akwa Ibom and APGA’s Dr. Alex Otti had challenged the April 11th election victory of Abia governor Ikpeazu.
The victories follow a similar victory of Rivers Governor Nyesom Wike.
The Political party known for its deadly corruption appears to have survived a big hurdle.
