They also abducted unspecificed number of people and carted away foodstuffs along with four motorcycles.
A local hunter in Uba town on Sunday morning confirmed the incident to Saharareporters by phone.
“They came at about10 pm on Saturday and started opening fire on civilians, 3 people were instantly killed and many are still missing. As I am speaking with you about 46 people sustained gunshot injuries, they are receiving treatment in Uba General hospital.”
He further stated that after the villagers had fled into bushes, they went to break into people’s shop and looted food items including livestock, four motorcycles, mattresses and clothes.
