A former representative of the Kaduna ANPP party, Engr. Mustapha Sani Haliru has died.
He was ANPP rep from 2007 to 2011 representing Kaduna south.
He passed Saturday evening in on his way to Kaduna while returning from the hospital in Kano, after a chronic illness that suddenly turned south.
