President Muhammadu Buhari is living up to Nigerians’ expectations. He is first focusing on cutting government excesses. We reported his promise to go after greedy life pensions adopted by many of Nigeria’s governors. Now he is deliberating decreasing the ministries. These have been avenues by the past PDP regimes of stealing money…these unnecessary ministers also clashed, creating undue deadlocks.

The President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari, is said to be considering the reduction of the number of ministers as part of his strategies for reducing the cost of governance.
