Due to lack of proper medical attention to the large number of injured brothers in Kaduna prison, one of the injured died today Friday the 1st of January 2016. Martyr Abbas Isiyaku dead in detention because of critical health condition. He was shot by the Nigerian military during the Zaria genocide and denied proper medical attention.
There are some other 13 critically wounded brothers still in the prison in Kaduna alone. Many more others, number unknown, are still being held incommunicado at various military barracks and other detention centers without access to medical care. This is inclusive of our leader Shaikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and his wife.
Moreove, there are bundreds there were kiled by Military and refused to hand over thier bodies for proper Islamic burial, while unknown number of them were massively buried in unknown locatioins by the Military.
Seven deaths is now recorded in Police/prison detention. The 6 were killed by Police while in thier custody through torture following Free Zakzaky protest in Kaduna.
