Nigerian soldiers who are working hard to secure the nation are reported to be crying out due to delayed salaries.
IG Wala said on the issue;
From Obasanjo to Yar’adua’s era, soldiers salaries have never been delayed like this Goodluck era.
Soldiers are still crying out for their February salaries. How do we expect them to appreciate the (political) promotion when their own sweat is not given to them? Are we saying that the Military equipment acquired lately was from the Salaries of the poor soldiers?
Please, whoever Is sitting on their salaries, make sure you pay them now, unless you want to demoralize them.
