Under defeat and near its death as a formal insurgency, Boko Haram has sworn allegiance to ISIS in the Middle east, literally appealing to them for help.
A voice claiming to be Boko Haram’s leader, “Abubakar Shekau” made the declaration that Boko Haram submits to ISIS’ leadership in pleasure and pain, in suffering and distress and other junk. He swore to Ibrahim Ibn Awad al-Qurayshi, the self assumed leader of ISIS terrorist takfiri organization.
But people have commented on the apparent racism in terrorism as ISIS is denying these African takfiris not to ‘tarnish’ their global reputation.
ISIS itself is on its heels as Iran is manning an Iraqi military effort that has almost sacked them out of Iraq.
